JS-SSKH Standard Series (Single Thyristor-Diode Pair)
Configuration: Each module contains one thyristor and one diode in anti-parallel connection, creating a semi-controlled switch that allows:
- Controlled Turn-On: The thyristor provides gate-controlled switching for precise power control.
- Natural Freewheeling: The anti-parallel diode provides a natural current path during the negative half-cycle.
